Workout Week displays recorded workouts from the current week, Monday to Monday. Compare your progress against your weekly goal and achieve more.
- Record workouts in other apps that work with Health.
- Then track your 7-day progress across workout types with Workout Weeks graph.
- Share your progress with friends and compete for 100%.
- Check your progress on Apple Watch.
- Focus on specific kinds of workouts by selecting only those ones in Settings.
- Change your weekly goal in half hour increments.
- Weeks are recorded Monday to Monday to match the Activity app.
IMPORTANT: Workout Week does not record any workout data; please use Health connected apps to record new data. Only completed workouts will display in Workout Week.
